কিভাবে একটা Killer Cover Letter লিখবেন Detailed লিখেছি এখানে:

Dear, Sir type কিছু না বলে চেষ্টা করবেন Hi John | Thanks for inviting John লিখে শুরু করতে।
কোনো নাম Mention করা না থাকলে শুধু Hi, লিখে Main কথা দিয়ে শুরু করে দিবেন।
💬 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀
বাদ পড়ে যাওয়ার সবচেয়ে Fastest Way হলো Template use করা।
Community তে যেসব ঘিছাপিটা Template আছে, সেটা যেকোনো Client দেখলে বুঝবে Copy Paste করা।
🧠 একজন Professional Buyer এর কাছে এর চেয়ে বিরক্তিকর বিষয় আর কিছু হতে পারে না।

Job Post টায় একবার চোখ বুলিয়ে কি কি Important বিষয় চাচ্ছে সেটা Note করবেন। সেগুলো Highlight করে কথা বলেই শুরু করবেন।

You wanted the landing page to be short, yes “less is more” approach is great in terms of reducing bounce rate on the landing page.
💬 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱
ত্যানা প্যাঁচানো কমিয়ে, যতটুক সম্ভব কম কোথায় Main টপিকে কথা বলবেন।
▪️Bad Example:
I have been working as a web designer for 5 years and as an Elementor expert, I can help you build the landing page in a professional way.
▪️Good Example:
As you need a high-converting landing page, my 5 years experience would help you drive more conversations.
🧠 মনে রাখবেন, Client কিন্তু আপনার প্রথম 1 টা Paragraph ই দেখতে পরে (Around 30 Words) তাই প্রথম 2 লাইন এ আমার এই Strategy follow করে Cover Letter লিখবেন যাতে সেটায় কোনো Garbage না থাকে।
💬 𝗞𝗲𝘆𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗽
Client অনেক সময় Copy Paste করা Seller দের Filter করতে Cover Letter এ কিছু Word লিখতে বলে, যাতে সে সহজেই বুঝে কারা পড়ে submit করছে, আর কারা না পড়ে।
▪️ Example:
Include PURPLE POTATOES, in your proposal so I know you read it.
আপনি লিখবেন: “PURPLE POTATOES” Hi John, I can help you increase the conversion by 30%, here are some recent projects I have done similar to yours.
💬 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗼 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
সব বললেন, next কি করতে হবে সেটা বললেন না, তাহলে সে আপনাকে just আরেকটা Option হিসেবেই Treat করবে।
এমন কিছু লিখবেন যেনো সে আপনাকে আবার Contact করতে প্রয়োজন বোধ করে।
